This alert system, constantly monitoring for a negative change reminds you daily that you have an illness and sets the stage for worry and anxieties about the future. ? The mind can become so preoccupied with the negative impact of symptoms that living in the moment can become lost. How the mind translates the sensations from the body, so too can the mind translate the power of healing over the body.
